Kenneth W. Gerdes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2020, at the age of 70, Kenneth W. Gerdes (Vienna, Illinois), born in Carmi, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth W. Gerdes to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Depo" Gerdes and Mary Gerdes (Collins). He is survived by: his wife Carol Gerdes (Jackson); his daughter Megan Michelle Gerdes of Canton, Georgia; his siblings, William Gerdes (Lynn) of Birmingham, James Gerdes (Marie) of Richmond, Virginia and Carol Faulkner of Carmi, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Pamela Gerdes of Birmingham, Alabama. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.

Memorials may be made to establish a scholarship at Vienna High School which will be given to an FFA student or an art student.
