She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy "Cot" Goins and Susie Goins (Thrasher); her siblings, Letha Sickling and Wally Goins; and her sisters-in-law, Melba Ragsdale and Lucile Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Bailey of Dongola; her grandchildren, Katelyn and Nathan Bailey of Carbondale; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brittany and Mace; her brother Manul; her daughter Jeani Ethridge of Dongola; and her brothers-in-law, Oral Sickling of Calvert City and Rockne Ragsdale of Ullin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
