He was predeceased by: his parents, William Omer and Daisy Aline Powell (Davis); and his siblings, Frances L. Holder, Ralph E. Powell, Billy R. Powell, Donald L. Powell, Jerry W. Powell and Robert.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Dillow; his sister Margie Walton; and his sister-in-law Margaret Powell of Metropolis, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Casper Cemetery Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice.
