She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hancock and Louise Hancock (Ryan); her husband Roy Lee Maze; and her sister Shirley Klinetobe. She is survived by: her children, Scott Maze (Paula) of Goreville and Kathy Sanders (Ted) of Buncombe; her grandchildren, Rachel Maze, Kenya Davis, Hannah Maze, Jordan Sanders, Jaima Hollingsworth and Ray "Lee" Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Jean Rhoden and Bob Lester of Oklahoma. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
