James M. Gage Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Gage (Vienna, Illinois), who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Gage and Arista Gage (Vaughn); his significant other Thyda Georgene Roberts; his brothers, Ralph Gage, Jr., Dan (Pawnee Gage), Paul (Mildred Gage) and Bill (Marie Gage); his parents-in-law, Milton and Carmen Roberts; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Lindsey and Bobby Roberts.
He is survived by: his sons, James E. Gage (Linda) of Vienna and Timothy Jay Gage (Cheryl) of Goreville; his grandchildren, Julie Hammond (Jason) of Nashville, Christopher (Krystal Gage) of Poplar Bluff and Jordan Gage of Murray, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Gracie and Parker Mathew Gage of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Lindsey of Vienna and Kay Ross (Jim) of Vienna. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
In accordance with customarily accepted social distancing guidelines, it is recommended that all those attending the visitation and funeral service wear a face mask or covering.
