He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Lendall Rockwell and Beatrice Rockwell (McRoy); his wife Hannah R. "Toby" Price; his daughter Ruth Ann Rockwell; and his granddaughter-in-law Katherine Rockwell.
He is survived by: his sons, David Rockwell (Penny) of Vienna and Danny Rockwell (Beverly) of Vienna; and his grandchildren, Travis Ames (Ambyer) of Granger, Taylor Givens (Lee) of Vienna, Katie Ames of Cape Girardeau, Charles Lee Rockwell of Vienna and Andrew Rockwell of Vienna.
