She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Elisha Haney and Mary Megdelene Haney (Winters); her husband Carl V. Summers; her granddaughter Julie Taylor; and her siblings, Edith Dean (Homer) and Robert "Bud" Haney.
She is survived by: her children, John Summers (Vicki) of Vienna and Joyce Taylor (Ron) of Metropolis; her granddaughters, Amy Jeffords (Corey) of Paducah, Grayson Dawes (Justin) of Vienna and Reagan Tanner (Brandon) of Tunnel Hill; her great grandchildren, Daniel Noah Jeffords, Isabelle Grace Jeffords, Paityn Julianna Jeffords, Adler Gray Dawes, Brooks Erickson Dawes and Wren Acadia Tanner; her sisters, Mary Crippen (late Harold) of Carlyle, Grace Akin (late Jim) of Huntsville and Lottie Baker (Francis) of Summerfield, Florida; and her sister-in-law Carlene Haney of Paducah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
