He was predeceased by: his parents, G. W. Phillips and Lucille Phillips (Norris); his former wife Florence; and his grandson Kamran Naeem Quershi. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his siblings, Tommy Phillips and Belinda Phillips; his children, Michael Phillips and Allison Quershi (Naeem); his grandchildren, Zayn, Maya, Kaysan Quershi and Kaylan Thomas; his nephew Matt Phillips; his stepgrandchildren, Kerrygan and Logan Drew; and his friend Barb Warmack.
Memorial donations may be made to Grange Hall Free Will Baptist Church.
