He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Troutman and Stella Troutman (Smith); his siblings, Levere and Kathleen; and his stepson Anthony Buchan.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Troutman (Lowery); his stepchildren, Patrick Buchan and Amy Holloman; his grandchildren, Jessica Buchan (Travis Thomas), Seth Holloman (Macy) and Gabriel Holloman; and his great grandchildren, Laelle and Emet Holloman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (705 N 1st St, Vienna, IL 62995). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
