It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Gauss (Vienna, Illinois), born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on October 5, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Foutch and Mildred Foutch (Bateman); her husband Brian L. Gauss; her daughter Kimberly Aldrich; and her siblings, Bud Foutch, Wilber Foutch, Pauline Paine (Howard Owens), Richard Foutch, Donald Foutch, Phyllis Scalan, Betty Willis, Jean Schroeder, Virginia Foutch and Wilma Foutch.
She is survived by: her son Morris W. Aldrich (Penny) of Fairview Heights, Illinois; her grandsons, Brian Aldrich (Suzanne) of Vienna, Jason Aldrich (Chrystal) of Fairview Heights and Justin Aldrich of Belleville, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Heather Marie Aldrich, Emily Lynn Aldrich, Avery Haeffner and Alyssa Boggs; and her siblings, Barb Elliston (Irvin) of Womac, Illinois and Billy Foutch (Donna) of Fairview Heights, Illinois. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
