With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie Shipley (Vienna, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on December 22, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Dean and Lillie E. Askew (Burke); her great grandchild Riplee Jo Crouch; and her brother Jimmy Askew. She is survived by: her husband Brother Jim Shipley; her son Ronnie; and her siblings, Mary Ruth, Linda and Mitchell. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
