She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Vestal and Cecelia Vestal (Welch); her husband Chester A. Persinger; and her daughter Leah Etta Lynn Persinger. She is survived by: her children, Angela Fiser (David) of Ledbetter, Loveta Mullins (Ernie Stapleton) of Vienna and Chester Persinger (Christina) of Cypress; her grandchildren, Ryan, Krystal, Braydon, Conner, Ben, Austin, Alicia and Will; and her siblings, Linda Laycock of Terre Haute, Indiana, Ronnie Vestal of Terre Haute, Indiana. and Richard Vestal of Terre Haute, Indiana.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
