He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Barnett; his daughter Kristy Kay; his wife Patricia K. Zielke; his children, Jeffrey Thomas and Jani Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Harley, Quentin, Antwan, Jazman, Autumn, Lennon and Joslyn; his great grandchildren, Juno and Keegan Reye; and his siblings, Tom Murrie (Carmen), Glenna Collie (James), Arlene Miles (Deon), Shirley Combs, Gladys Street, Beverly Duer and Louise Russell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
