She was predeceased by: her mother Naomi Simmons (Toler); and her brother Mike Simmons. She is survived by: her father Lee Riley Simmons of Carrier Mills, Illinois; her husband Keith E. Ward; her sons, Neil Simmons (Gail) of Tunnel Hill and Jeff Simmons (Natalie Hefley) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Garrett Mott (Paige) of Grantsburg, Blaine Simmons of Vienna, Brooklyn Simmons of Vienna and Zane Simmons of Tunnel Hill, Illinois; her great grandchild Jax Mott; her siblings, Susan Broski of Carbondale and Greg Simmons (Loann) of Marion; and her sisters-in-law, Diane McAlpin (George) of Mayfield, Kentucky, Paula Pedley of Mayfield, Kentucky and Barbara Ward of Mayfield, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
