He was predeceased by: his parents, Hosie Jerome Holder, Sr. and Frances Elizabeth Knous Holder; his son Scott Fields; his great grandchild Kayden Howell; and his siblings, Mitchell, Hosie, Jr., Bobby, Everett Dee, Claude Holder, Agnes Loness, Annetta McClendon and Margie Esther Elizabeth Irwin.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Vanskike of Versailles; his daughters, Tammy Lynn Large (Curtis) of Beardstown, Patricia Kay Forster of Pittsfield, Jessica Dawn Collins (Neal Long) of Mt. Sterling and Sandra Danielle Harmon (Richard) of Mt. Sterling; his brother Paul Laverne Holder (Kathy) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, McKinzie, McKaylia, Brandon, Madeline, Craig, Austin, Nicole, Wil, Hunter, Maranda and Dylanger; and his stepgrandsons, Christopher and Cory.
