She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Franklin and Laura Louise Diebold Moulton; her former husband Eli Newell; her spouse Jimmie Cooper; her siblings, Robert, Richard Moulton, Alberta Fisher, Mayme Montgomery and Viola Moulton; and her great grandchild James Garwood.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Simmons of Mt. Sterling and Warren Newell (Teryle Wilder) of Parkville, MI; her sister Georgia McFadden of Loveland; and her grandchildren, Russell Garwood (Tawny Nelson), Kathy Stambaugh, Jeff Garwood (Susan), Steve Newell, Aaron Newell (Julie) and Stephanie Goens. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
