He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Perce and Mary Sue Rhodes Winn; and his sister Joyce Kaye Winn. He is survived by: his wife Rama Kaye Winn of Versailles; his children, Teresa Lawson of Utah, Joseph Winn of Wentzville and Maegan Woodridge (Steve) of Hazelwood; his sister Valerie Cochran of Nevada; and his grandchildren, Aaron Joseph Winn, Adalyn Winn, Alyson Winn, Landon Winn and Janie Kaye Woodridge. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed and there will be a limit of 50 visitors at any one time.
