He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Edward and Vera Margaret Schertz Mohn; his wife Barbara Dell DeMent; and his brother Edward Mohn. He is survived by: his daughter Dianne Cook of Peoria; his granddaughters, Samantha Whiteaker (Ryan) of Arlington, IL and Lindsey Davis (Brennan) of Versailles, IL; his great grandchildren, Coy Whiteaker, Tate Whiteaker, Piper Whiteaker and Justin Davis; his sisters, Sharon Schepke (Tom) of Bartonville, IL and Karon Opper (Loren) of Bartonville, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Ed Ford, Dan Ford, Tim Ford, Scott Schepke, Kimberly Seibel, Craig Opper and Shannon Opper-Schwindenhammer. He is also survived by 13 great-nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
