He is survived by: his brother David Barker (Joan) of Apopka; his children, Debra Cairns of Banner Elk, Billy Barker, Cathy Barker, Jimmy Barker of Blowing Rock and Patty Russell (Raeford) of Linville; his grandchildren, Charles Cairns, Leigh Ann Cairns, Tyler Barker and Brooke Moore; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Cooper, Juniper and Elliana.
