He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest McCormack and Martha McCormack (Petry); his son Doug McCormack; and his siblings, Bud, Donald McCormack and Dorothy Ashbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie McCormack; his daughter Claudia Macholz (Stephen); his grandchildren, Nicholas Macholz (Molly), Jillian Burnley (Michael) and Adam Macholz (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Edward Macholz, Jacob Burnley and Helly Macholz; and his siblings, Cork, William, James McCormack and Helen Griffiths. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charles name to the Illinois Valley Industries.
