It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ted G. Heiser of Vernon Hills, Illinois, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Heiser and Helen Heiser Napp; and his stepfather Nelson Napp. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Helander; his children, Edward Heiser (Jennifer) of Chicago, IL and Emily Ankenbruck (Dylan) of Schererville, IN; his grandchildren, Natalie, Donovan and Erica; and his brother Tom Heiser (Karen) of Platteville, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ted G. Heiser Foundation, which will provide scholarships to journalism students graduating from Glenbrook South High School, where Ted taught for 29 years.
