He is survived by: his mother Martha Rush (Husted); his wife Nancy Foote of John's Lutheran Church; his daughter Cally Bell (Roger Hernandez) of Vernon Hills; his grandson Michael Bell of Lake Villa; his siblings, Charles Rush, Jr. of Waukegan and Barbara Combellick (Tom) of California; and his nephews, Charles Rush III, Edward Rush and Todd Combellick.
