He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Lillian Lewis (Gordon). He is survived by: his children, Doug Lewis (Jamie), Dan Lewis and Renee Lewis; his grandchildren, Courtney, Jake, Brianna and Arielle; and also Sue.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Willow Lawn Cemetery (24090 US-45, Vernon Hills, IL 60061). A shiva was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025, and at the Doug and Jamie Lewis' Residence (1056 Fair Oaks Ave, Deerfield, IL 60015).
