He is survived by: his wife Dr. Kelly Kostuch-Dower; his children, Jace Dower (Christine), Jenna Dower, Lilliana Dower, Dominick Dower and Andrew Ruleford; his grandchildren, Carson, Peyton and Charlotte; his mother Lynda Dower; his brother Scott Dower (Jeanette); his nieces, Brittany Doan (Matthew), Shelbi Dower, Ashley Mayr and Maddie Kostuch; and his nephew Kyle Mayr.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home (120 W Park Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
