He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alvin, Gertrude Burstein and Patricia Rivera. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Jay Burstein of DeKalb, IL and Georgette Burstein (Schulz) of Vernon Hill, IL; his siblings, Jennifer O'Connor of Los Angeles, CA and Michael Burstein of Geneva, IL; and his niece Natalie Marideuna of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
