He is survived by: his wife Marcia Peterson; his children, Kelly Deakins (Mitch), Kyle Peterson (Caitlin Shepler), Brett Peterson and Derek Peterson; his grandson Carter Deakins; his father Richard Peterson; and his siblings, Tim Peterson (Susan), Lori Bolsinger (Joe), Chris Schumacher (Steve), Eric Peterson (Jennifer) and Mark Peterson.
