It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cappella Zamost of Vernon Hills, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Cappelli and Cedonie Cappelli (Borduox); her husband Allan Zamost; her daughter Laura Krauch; and her grandsons, Wesley Zamost and Matthew Kalas, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Steven Zamost, Robert Zamost (Mary), Douglas Zamost (Valeri) and Melinda Kalas (Matthew). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Cappy's family suggests memorials be made to The Ronald McDonald House at RMHC.org/donate, they helped her grandchild when they were in need.
