She was predeceased by: her parents, Wheeler Foster and Ruth Mazella Fawcett (John); and her daughter-in-law Donna Jean Lotz. She is survived by: her husband Martin William Lotz Sr.; and her children, Martha McLaughlin (Fred) of Rockford, IL, Donna Crawford (Louis) of Vista, CA, Martin Lotz Jr. (Nancy) of Harviell, MO, Brenda Hanna (James) of Vermont, IL, Joseph Lotz (Shirley) of Pawnee, IL, Daniel Lotz (Cindy) of Shirley, IL and Rebekah Powell (Lowell) of Acworth, GA. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Private burial of ashes will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Memorial Contributions may be made to Industry Assembly of God.
