He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Minnie Gay Johnson (Rogers); and his sisters, Dorothy Rinesmith, Joyce Smith and JoAnn Lorance.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doug Johnson (Sandi) of Paris, Illinois, Bobby Johnson (Jane) of Vermilion, Illinois, Teddy Johnson (Lisa) of Vermilion, Illinois, Terry Johnson (Deanna) of Vermilion, Illinois, Gayle Dailey of Paris and Fredia Hixson of Paris, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Gibson Family Center for Hospice or St. Jude's Hospital.
