He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Garland and Nancy Garland (Curwack); his wife Betty Garland (Rogers); and his children, Michael Garland (Betty), Mark Garland (Rhonda), Lora Stewart (Randy), Lori Hyland (Elton) and Paul Park. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and several nieces and nephews.
