Phipps of Vermilion, Illinois, born in Paris, Illinois, who passed away on March 1, 2021, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Neil Jorgenson. He is survived by: his daughter Nettie Louann Nicole Phipps; his parents, Sue Shulz (David) of Havana, IL and Mike Phipps (Bonnie) of Marshall, IL; his siblings, Cody Phipps of Paris, IL, Debbie Vansant of Rockville, IN and Erica Phipps of Ft. Meyers, FL; and his grandparents, Jean Jorgenson of Paris, IL, Bill and Kay Phipps of Charleston, IL. He is also survived by several half brothers and sisters, aunts, nieces, nephews uncles and cousins.
