She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Pitts and Ruby Pitts (Todd); her husband Harold Dean Eastham; and her siblings, James, Wayne, Clarence, Roy Pitts, Thelma Tosser and Hazel Irish.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Eastham (Kelly) of Paris and Bryan Eastham of Vermilion; her grandchildren, Cory Eastham (Kellie) of Paris and Kalen Jeffries (Patrick) of Paris; and her great grandchildren, Carter, Hadlee Eastham and Ellie Jeffries. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
