He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herb and Rosie (Ott); his wife Rosemary Fagan; his sons, Steve Rutledge (Shelly) of St Louis, MO and Doug Rutledge (Jami) of Rantoul; his daughter-in-law Kim Rutledge of Champaign; his grandchildren, Jimmy (Taylor), Andy, Sean (Becky), Katie (Cody), Ben, Stefani (Alan), Steve and Schae; his great grandchild Joanna; and his son Randy Rutledge.

A post covid19 service and celebration of life will be scheduled in the future.
