He is survived by: his wife Rose Lipousky; his daughters, Karen Butikas and Mary Anne Butikas (Robert); his grandchildren, Jenny Ferrill (Pete) and Jacob Butikas; his siblings, Anne Stal, Nick and Frank Lipousky; and his friends, Chuck (Cheryl Milewski) and MaryAnn Milewski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
