He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Branson; his children, Angel Lumpp of Vermilion, Virginia Tingley of Paris, Carl Jo Kelly (Lori) of Vermilion and Jessica Siverly (Boe) of Paris; his siblings, Herman Kelly of Paris, James Kelly of Paris, Jack Kelly of Yale, Wayne Kelly of Dennison, Illinois and Dottie Comstock of Paris; and his grandchildren, Michael Lumpp of New Goshen, Melissa Overbee of Madison, Christy Tingley of Paris, Jake Kelly of Vermilion, Levi Kelly (Stephanie Cassidy) of Paris, Marissa Creech-Siverly of Paris, Wyatt Siverly of Paris, Blade Siverly of Paris and Chandlar Creech of Bloomington, Illinois.
