He is survived by: his wife Esther May Rutledge; his children, Donna Powell (Matt) of Danville and Mike Rutledge (Marian) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Hoshauer (Chad), Nick Powell (Ashton) and Jarrett Rutledge; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Rowyn and Jolie; and his brothers, Gilbert Rutledge (Marilyn) and Frank Rutledge (Bonnie).
