We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2020, at the age of 64, Marsha Carter (Vergennes, Illinois), born in Murphysboro, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Baseden and Betty Baseden (Reeves); and her brother Mike Baseden. She is survived by: her husband Louis Carter; her children, Mark Carter (Jaclyn Kahrhoff) of Woodlawn and Christine Luthy (Joseph Luthy) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Brittany Luthy, Dean Carter and Sam Carter; her siblings, Linda Graff (Butch) of Kato, IN, Mary Schuur of Elkville, Vicki Whittington (Craig) of Willisville, David Baseden of Murphysboro, Bill Baseden (Mary) and Keith Baseden (Jennifer) of Huntingburg, IN; and her nieces, Katie and Chloe.
