Bell of Vergennes, Illinois, born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on June 3, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Bell and Juanita P. Bell (Hiser); and his brother Pressley Bell. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Bell of Vergennes; his son Wesley Ramsey (Conner) of Denver; his stepfather Donald Crawford of Vergennes; and his siblings, Donald Bell of Vergennes and Wanda Phillips of Elkville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
