He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Spiewak and Fran Spiewak (Zimny). He is survived by: his wife Eva Kohute; his children, Jen Peppmuller (Jason) of Channahon and Jason Spiewak (Heather) of Union; his grandchildren, Aiden, Quinn, Clara and Nora; and his sister Phyllis Ruppel (John) of Monee.
