He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Salisbury and Carol Salisbury (Chamberlain); and his granddaughter Mary Salisbury. He is survived by: his close friend Paula Bailey of Varna; his children, Lindsay Ramza (Craig Jr.) of Ottawa and Christopher Salisbury of Streator; his grandchildren, Ava, Ainsley Ramza, Jonathan and Andrew Salisbury; and his siblings, Bonnie Risley (Bill) of Gilbert, Arizona and Larry Salisbury of Peoria.
