He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Higgins; his wife Cathie Cook; his brothers, Franklin Park and Racing; his grandchildren, Dylan, Caden and Makayla; and his children, Kelly Heller (Jack) of Merrill, WI, Rob Skinner of Carpentersville, Rick Skinner (Jamie) of Mosinee, WI, Shannon Skinner of Varna, Leah Sayad (Brad) of Bloomingdale, Melissa Ibrahim (Sam) of Wood Ridge, James Cook of Washburn and Susan Swartz (Bill) of Wenona.
