He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman John and Anna Oger (Reynolds). He is survived by: his child Dolors Catholic Church; his wife Marilyn Eileen Anderson; his children, Tony William Oger of Vandalia and Kimberly Anna (Mike Mars) of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Braxton Denton (Carolyn) of Wilmington, NC, Coda Denton of Denver, CO, John Mars (Kelsey) of Vandalia, Seth Mars (Claralyn) of Brownstown and Jordan Mars of Amarillo, TX; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Alayna, Amelia, Jack, Oliver, Archer and Immaculate.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or to Mother of Dolors Catholic Church.
