It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Feltner (Vandalia, Illinois), born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Feltner and Rose Marie Feltner (Russo). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Karnes of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jasmine, Jerry and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Charlie, James Feltner, Ellabell Feltner and Wanda Oakley.
