We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2023, at the age of 94, Wanda Tippitt (Vandalia, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Tate and Loretta Tate (Miller); her husband Albert A. "Pete" Tippitt; her daughter Juanita Tinker; her brothers, Earl Tate and George Tate; and her stepgrandson Blake Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Tippitt, Wilton Manors, John Tippitt (Pam) of Bonnie, IL, Peggy Tippitt of Vandalia and Mary Jane Holder of Dixon, IL; her siblings, Gary Tate (Doris) of Vandalia, Shirley Diveley of Vandalia and Linda Johnson of Vera; her sister-in-law Thelma Tate of Decatur; her grandchildren, Shawn Hall, Troy J. Hall (Allison), Annette McClintock (Gordon Moore), Patsy Tinker, Angie James, Christina (Joey Burroughs) and Matthew Holder; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Lillian, Jack, Bradyn, Cheyenne, Chelsea, Paige and Peighton.
