He is survived by: his spouse Dolores Diane Palmer; his sons, Kenneth Carroll of Vandalia, Reynold "Rennie" Carroll of Vandalia and Jeffrey Carroll of Vandalia; and his siblings, Betty Bailey, Robert Carroll, Bill Carroll and Charles Carroll. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
