It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Ray Ward of Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Marjorie Depew (Carter). She is survived by: her children, Bill Ward of Vandalia, IL, Robert Allen Ward (Becky), Sara Wilson (Tim) and Lisa Green (Eric); and her brother John Wesley Depew of Shelbyville, IL. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; Several Great Grandchildren.
