With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Faye Lamb (Vandalia, Illinois), who passed away on September 25, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cox and Elizabeth Cox (Causey); her husband James M. Lamb; and her brothers, Ralph Cox, James Cox and Gerdus Cox.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Lamb (Connie) of Vandalia, Leigh Ann (Larry Hedgpeth) of Ramsey and Barbara Jean (Tom Tamborski) of High Ridge, MO; and her grandchildren, Clif Lamb, Erica (Jason Choi), Jim Hedgpeth (Margaret), Jacob Hedgpeth, Jenny Tucker, Elizabeth Tamborski, Misty (Tracy Ulmer), Christopher Hedgpeth and Raeann. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandson.

Memorials may be made to St. James Lutheran Church or to Fayette County Hospice.
