She was predeceased by: her parents, Dempsey Prater and Mary Louise Prater (Denton); and her husband Dennis B. Latham. She is survived by: her son Paul D. Johnson (Rose) of Vandalia; her brother Terry Denton (Debbie) of Vera; her grandchildren, Darian Appelt (Tyler Uphoff), Telsa (Will Culver), Alexis McNealy and Sophia McNealy; her great grandchild Carson Uphoff; and her great-grandparent Isla Jane Culver.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sharon Cemetery or the Wounded Warrior Project.
