We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2022, at the age of 93, Shirley Lorene Bailey of Vandalia, Illinois, born in Pittsburg, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight "Tip" Cripe and Velma "Babe" Cripe (Dugan); her husband Donald R. Bailey; her siblings, Jerry Cripe and Pauline Summers-Kidd; her stepbrother Gene Cripe; her nephew Mike Summers; and her niece Lisa Summers Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughter Jody (Stan Engel) of Lafayette, LA; her grandchildren, Marc Engel and Erin (Brendan McGrath) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle McGrath and Makenna McGrath.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Taylor Cemetery.
