He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sterling Mosley and Geraldine Doris Mosley Hipsher (Largent); and his children, Jeremy Mosley and Cori Mosley. He is survived by: his wife Donna Young; his children, Roger Mosley Jr. of Vandalia, Marcus Mosley of Tulsa, OK, Cary Hulskotter and Monica Mosley of Oklahoma City, OK; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Mosley of Mulberry Grove, Doris (Ed Young) of St. Peter, Linda Dugan (James Hejl) of Vandalia and Donna (Kevin Knebel) of Vandalia; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Caroline, Colton, Zachary and Delilah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
